Delivery Policy

At F&G Flooring Direct, we handle all deliveries ourselves to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Area

• We currently deliver within a 30-mile radius of WF5 9SQ

• If you are outside of this area, please contact us before placing an order to see if we can make special arrangements.

Delivery Times

• Deliveries are usually made within 2 working days of your order being placed.

• Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to agree on a convenient delivery date and time.

Delivery Costs

• Local Delivery (within 30 miles): £20 flat rate

• Free Delivery: Available on orders over £1000

Installation & Extra Services

If you’ve chosen installation or setup with your order (flooring), this will be carried out at the between 2-4 days from delivery. Please ensure the area is clear and accessible for our team. We do ask you keep the flooring materials in the area you would like them installed to allow acclimatisation,.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery charge may apply.
